1- Call the list of prospects and leads during the day and if not available leave messages with your name and extension, text messages, send emails and if necessary perform home visits to enroll rather than they coming in for appointment.
2- Enter all information, notes, actions and deals about those calls on the CRM.
3- Submit your day end report daily.
4- Enroll at least 7 students per week and offer $99.99 promo + 35 shipping + tax = $143.09
5- Your weekly pay rate is $100 + $25 for each sale of $99.99 and $40 for sale of $349.99
6- Commission per each enrollment is $25 @, so enrolling 7 students per week would generate $175 in weekly commissions (but you want to enroll more than that for a higher commission)
8- You are an independent contractor, not an employee.
11- No family members allowed at work, unless previously approved by the Administration.
12- You will also be able to offer deep discounts to students who enroll as a group through referrals of the centers you visit.
13- You will also be required to set-up at Flea Markets on Sunday’s individually or as a group.
14- On occasion you may be requested to conduct home visits to prospects or students for reasons other than for enrollment purposes i.e., to drop off books, receive payment etc. We are dealing with individuals who need an extra push to get things started. “He that does not fish, does not eat.”
15- Receive and answer calls
16- Call prospects after work hours if they request a call back later on.
17- During your works hours you must advise us of your whereabouts or appointments if not at the school office and advise us via text that you have finished your work day and are leaving the school. Also, to ensure that you submit #3 above as described.
18- Other functions as needed related to enrollment and your position.
