The transcript is usually sent out between 7 - 10 business days excluding weekends and legal holidays via First Class Mail (included in your order).

When will my transcript ship?

Transcripts are usually shipped 7 - 10 business days after your order is received via first class mail (sooner if your ordered expedited service).   If you paid for priority shipping or express shipping the package is sent out within 5 business days after you place your order (Priority) or 3 business days after you place your order (Express).  Once the transcript ships, you will receive a tracking number via email for Priority or Express service.  In addition to the cost of the Priority or Express shipping, there is a $100 fee to have your order rush processed.  You cannot order Priority Service or Express Service without Rush processing.
